Every year, Virginie Viard and the CHANEL studio introduce ten collections.

CHANEL chooses to work with the best craftsmen, those who meet its excellence and quality standards, wherever these skilled experts may be located: handbags and shoes are made in France and Italy, which are two countries renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship in luxury leather goods, small leather goods in Italy and Spain, since a traditional knowledge of working leather can be found there, espadrilles in Spain, and knitwear is made in France, Italy and Scotland.

Per the CHANEL return policy, we invite you to bring the product you wish to return or exchange to the CHANEL Boutique of your choice (Store Locator in the country of purchase, in original unworn condition withoriginal documentation including: sales receipt, tags attached, and undamaged packaging, including, but not limited to, dust bag, box, and care booklet from a CHANEL Boutique.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase for CHANEL returns in the United States. If you do not return the product within the original country of purchase, contact us for more details on our international return policy.

Purchases made between Sunday, 11/24/2024- Wednesday, 12/25/2024 may be accommodated for returns up to Wednesday, 1/8/2025.

Please note that merchandise that has been altered, sale items, and markdown items are not returnable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that cash, debit card, and travelers check purchases will be refunded via check in the mail.

When you make a purchase from CHANEL Ready-to-Wear, our master tailors are at your disposal to make alterations by hand so that each item fits your figure perfectly.

While an invoice is issued for each purchase, CHANEL does not issue any duplicate invoices or certificates of value, in accordance with the provisions stated in the terms and conditions for sale.

In the event of theft or loss of the product, it is possible to obtain a duplicate CHANEL invoice by providing supporting documents, including a copy of the complaint form, affidavit, and a valid form of ID.

Authentication of products is not a service offered by CHANEL. Authenticity is only guaranteed if the product has been purchased from a CHANEL Boutique or from an authorized retailer, of which you can find an exhaustive list in our Store Locator section.

If you have filed a complaint against the seller, we remain at the disposal of the authorities to which this complaint has been filed for any information regarding the nature of the product in question.

We wish to draw your attention to the fact that despite the actions we take daily against websites that sell products that infringe on our rights, the Internet remains a particularly significant vector for the dissemination of counterfeit goods. This is why, in your interest, we recommend only purchasing CHANEL goods from CHANEL Boutiques and authorized CHANEL websites and retailers.
