Every year, the CHANEL studio introduces seven collections of eyewear:

-Four collections of eyeglasses and sunglasses are available in our CHANEL Fashion Boutiques (sunglasses only) and at authorized CHANEL eyewear retailers(eyeglasses and sunglasses);
-Three sunglass collections called Runway (because they go with the Ready-to-Wear Spring-Summer, Fall-Winter and Cruise collections) are only available in our CHANEL Fashion Boutiques.

Every pair of CHANEL glasses is a fragile piece made with special materials. Therefore, you need to care for each type of frame in a particular way. There are general care instructions in a booklet that comes with your glasses.

For special materials like leather and pearls, ask for advice in a CHANEL Boutique, an authorised CHANEL eyewear retailer, online or by calling the CHANEL Fashion Boutique of your choice.

CHANEL eyewear is made in Italy.

CHANEL Sunglasses are not suitable for directly viewing the sun, for viewing solar eclipses, for use as protection against UV rays from artificial light sources such as tanning beds, for use as eye protection against blows or impact, or for driving at night or in poor-visibility conditions.

All CHANEL lenses feature an anti-reflective, scratch-resistant and oil-resistant coating and are offered with solid, gradient, matte or mirrored effects. Specific treatments such as polarized or 18-carat gold might also be present. You can find more details on the product page for each eyewear model.

All CHANEL lenses are 100% protective against UVA and UVB rays, offering UV 400 protection.

Frame dimensions can be found on the product page for each eyewear model. You can also virtually try on a pair by selecting 'Try On' on the product page.

CHANEL optical frames are compatible with all single vision lenses. For progressive lens compatibility, you can refer to the features section of CHANEL optical pages.

No, CHANEL.com & CHANEL boutiques only offer eyewear frames. All optical frames will be delivered with sample lenses. We invite you to use our Store Locator to find an authorised optician who can assist you with your prescription lens fitting.

We invite you to visit an advisor at a boutique or contact us online or by calling the CHANEL Fashion Boutique of your choice.

For all purchases greater than £25, you can receive a tax refund on the day of purchase if you are a resident outside the European Union and are able to present your original passport. You must leave the European Union before the end of the third month following your purchase.

The validated tax refund export sales form must be submitted to the partner of our tax refund service provider (PREMIER TAX FREE) for an immediate refund in cash (at airports or in the city center) at a rate of 11.7% of the purchase total (incl. tax), or directly to PREMIER TAX FREE by payment card or transfer at a rate of 13% of the purchase total (incl. tax).

If you experience any problems with your refund, you can send an e-mail to mytaxrefund@premiertaxfree.com, making sure to provide the following information: tax refund export sales form number, date of purchase, purchase total, and name of boutique, or you can attach a photo of the tax refund export sales form you received.

We invite you to bring the product you wish to return or exchange in original and unaltered condition, within 14 days of purchase, to the CHANEL Boutique of your choice (Store Locator) in the country of purchase, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt and tax refund export sales form where applicable.

Eyewear that has been corrected with prescription lenses is not eligible for return.

We recommend going to the CHANEL Boutique of your choice where an advisor will help you with the repair process. Your product will be thoroughly inspected and sent to our atelier for repair/assessment.

* For optical frames, please go to an authorised CHANEL eyewear retailer. For models called "Runway" that go with the Fashion collections, please visit a CHANEL Fashion Boutique.

We kindly ask that you provide us with the contact information for the vendor (name and place of sale, regardless if it is a store or a website) so that we can verify if it is CHANEL authorized or not, and so that we can consider which actions should be taken to put an end to activities that may constitute acts of counterfeiting. You can provide us with this information by filling out the Contact us form on our website. If you have filed a complaint against the seller, we remain at the disposal of the authorities to which this complaint has been filed for any information regarding the nature of the product in question.

We wish to draw your attention to the fact that despite the actions we take daily against websites that sell products that infringe on our rights, the Internet remains a particularly significant vector for the dissemination of counterfeit goods. This is why, in your interest, we recommend only purchasing CHANEL goods from CHANEL Boutiques and authorized CHANEL eyewear retailers. This way, there is no risk of encountering counterfeit goods. This subscription also gives you the option to receive news from CHANEL.

To access the My Account section, enter your username and password into the login window.

Please click the forgotten password link. You will automatically receive an e-mail prompting you to create a new password.

All orders placed through the CHANEL Online Boutique can be delivered to locations in mainland UK and Northern Ireland only (excluding the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland). We are also unable to make deliveries to PO Boxes or to companies offering international forwarding services. Billing and shipping addresses must both be UK addresses.

After selecting the product you wish to order through the CHANEL Online Boutique, please click “Add to Bag” and indicate your desired quantity.

You can view or edit the contents of your bag at any time by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner of all website pages. By clicking “View Bag”, you will be able to confirm or edit your bag and then proceed to checkout.

Once your payment has been made, a confirmation page will appear with your order number, indicating that your order has been received. A confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail.

Once your order has been placed, you are not able to modify it. However, you may cancel it and place a new order.

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and delivered in a CHANEL keepsake gift package.

We do not accept: CHANEL Gift Certificates purchased in a boutique, personal cheques or postal orders.

Payments are made via the secure server of our partner, Adyen, a recognised payment operator. None of your banking information is transmitted via the website, so payment by credit card is completely secure.

Your payment method will be debited when your order is ready for collection. You will receive an email and text message from us confirming when your order is ready for collection.

Your invoice will be sent via email once your order is ready for collection.

If you have an account, you may also access your invoice by going to My Account and then to My Orders. By clicking the Download Invoice link, your invoice will be displayed and ready to print.

All orders placed through the CHANEL Online Boutique are uniquely packaged by CHANEL and can be delivered to locations in mainland UK and Northern Ireland only (excluding the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland). We are unable to make deliveries to PO Boxes or to companies offering international forwarding services.

CHANEL offers the following delivery options across the UK:
- Standard Delivery/ within 2-4 days (£4 or complimentary for orders over £50, unless otherwise stated). Please note for TR21 postcodes the current lead time is 7-10 working days.
- Next Day Delivery/* Order by 3 p.m. on Monday – Friday, to receive your order the following day. Exclusions apply, please refer to our carrier's website for postcodes with two-day delivery (£8 or complimentary for orders over £150, unless otherwise stated)
- Nominated Day Delivery/
allows you to select a delivery date between Tuesday – Friday, up to 7 working days in advance (£6)
- Saturday Delivery/ Order by 3 p.m. on Friday, to receive your order on Saturday. Exclusions apply, please refer to our carrier's website for postcodes with two-day delivery (£8)
- Weekend Delivery/* Order by 3 p.m. Friday to select Saturday for delivery (£8), or, order by 1 p.m. Saturday to select Sunday as your delivery date (£10). Exclusions apply, please refer to our carrier's website for postcodes with two-day delivery.
- Click & Collect within 1-3 working days (Complimentary from all CHANEL Boutiques: Covent Garden, St Pancras, New Bond Street, Sloane Street and Walton Street).
- Same Day Delivery for Fragrance and Beauty orders, via TOSHI. This service is available within London Zones 1-4. Same Day delivery is offered at checkout on select products. Valid only for orders placed Monday – Thursday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Your purchase will be hand delivered via TOSHI, within a 60 minute window selected at checkout. (£15)
- Concierge Delivery is only available on orders which include an eyewear purchase, within London, Zones 1-4, Monday - Friday, 11 a.m. - 7.30 p.m. Your purchase will be hand delivered via TOSHI, within a 60 minute window selected at checkout (£15)

For deliveries via DPD, you can select an alternative delivery date, change addresses, or select a pick-up location after your order has been placed via their website. You can do this on the day of delivery and the night before. Our carrier will contact you with your 1-hour delivery slot by email and text message (excluding holidays).

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and presented in CHANEL Watch & Fine Jewellery packaging.

You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Simply complete the returns form enclosed with your package and send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the returns form. Please attach the DPD returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a DPD location as listed here.

For clients based in Northern Ireland, returns via DPD will need to be managed by contacting the client care team by email or by calling 0203 943 5555 to arrange a home collection.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for refund.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products as well as the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).

You can return all or part of your order within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Simply send back with the return label found in your order. Ensure you provide accurate information about your return reason. Then pack up the unused products with all original packaging. Please print and attach the DPD returns label to the outside of your package before depositing it at a DPD location.

For Northern Ireland, please contact CHANEL Client Care on Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. via live chat, email or by calling +44 (0) 203 943 5555 to arrange a home collection.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products, as well as the delivery costs originally incurred (except in the case of a partial return).

Watch and Fine Jewellery products purchased through the Online Boutique can be returned or exchanged in-store only at 173 New Bond Street, London, W1S 4RF within 28 calendar days from receipt.

CHANEL Fashion gift cards are available for purchase in our CHANEL Fashion Standalone Boutiques. These can only be used in our CHANEL Fashion Standalone Boutiques and are not available for use on our CHANEL Sunglasses Online Boutique or in our Fragrance and Beauty Standalone Boutiques.

Click & Collect is now available for select Watch & Fine Jewellery pieces. Order CHANEL creations online and collect them from the flagship boutique at 173 New Bond Street within 30 days
